Read below.

– LVB is your newborn project. Tell to my readers more about it.
LVB is a passion project bringing together my desire to create a company based on positive values and my love for all things beautiful. Building a company from scratch includes not only searching for exciting brands but also choosing whom to work with, from your employees, to all kind of business partners and for me it's like a beautiful act of creation which gives me much satisfaction.
– this project comes after a lifetime experience in the field of beauty and luxury. How these things came up together
Looking back, it seems like a mix of destination, good luck, ambition and determination.
Since I was little, I always felt very attracted by beauty of all kinds, the arts and I was very curious about the world in general. But next to this emotional side I also had a string rational side in me, I loved figures and mathematics and putting things in order, fixing them. With this duality in my head, I could not make up my mind up about which professional path to follow, so I decided to do a double master – one in Business and another in History of Art – maybe to keep my left brain and may right brain in balance…
Working in the luxury cosmetics industry was like a natural move, the perfect mix of beauty and business to me.
My career then let me work in Brand and Product development, Management of Distributors, Affiliates, Regions and becoming the worldwide head of marketing of one of the major luxury skincare brands. I had lived in 6 countries, in 3 continents and worked directly with more than 35 countries.
But my ultimate dream was to create my own business. With all the experience I had to chance to gather, all it took was one last ounce of courage to make it happen.
– How did you build your reputation through the years?
Difficult to answer. I have always believed giving the best of oneself and to treat people with the same respect I expect for myself.
I try to listen and to bring solutions and not more questions to the table. And I also try to create a win-win for everybody involved in a business or a relationship.
Our business is a people's business and I genuinely like to be with people, to understand their point of view, maybe this helped, too.
If there’s a 14yo aspiring Peter Gladel reading us, what would you suggest him?
Everything is gonna be alright!
Pursue your dreams and trust your instincts and have fun!
– is #sustainability a cause that you support?
Yes, I much believe that we must protect what we love in all senses. Sustainability is not a choice any more but a must.
-what do you expect from LVB? What is its mission?
Our mission is to become one of the major beauty players in the distribution of cosmetics products in Europe.
We want to bring well made, significant, efficient products and brands to our consumers and retailers that are able to create positive emotions.
